Ben Hamburger and James Burchell created Tellon Capital in 2014 and have since overseen the acquisition and disposal of in excess of £200 million of property assets.
Via the acquisition of high quality investments Tellon patiently unlocks asset potential and has developed a reputation for delivering high level returns through innovative and well executed asset management initiatives.
BEN HAMBURGER
Partner
Prior to Tellon Ben had been the CEO and founder of HLO Capital, a London based real estate investment firm (family office), since 2010.
Before founding HLO Ben served as the CEO of Harel Insurance and Financial Services. Harel is Israel’s largest Insurance group with revenue of £8.5 Billion and Assets under Management in excess of £100 Billion. Ben has also served as a director in the group between 2006–2010 and as the Chairman of Harel Asset Management between 2006–2010. Since January 2017 Ben serves as a non executive Vice Chairman of the Board of Harel.
Ben is a CPA, he holds a B.S. in Accounting and Economics from Tel Aviv University. He also received an MBA from Columbia Business School in New York.

JAMES BURCHELL
Partner
James established Faircroft Real Estate in 1999 in partnership with Arrowcroft purchasing in excess of £100m of transactions.
During the credit crisis he was involved in the creation of a substantial asset management business dealing with distressed assets on behalf of a variety of financial institutions before becoming CEO of Arrowcroft when the company purchased Faircroft in 2013. James left Arrowcroft in 2014, to create a multi-family real estate investment business.
James sits on the Regional Policy Committee of the British Property Federation and is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
