Tellon Capital has recently completed the loan acquisition of the Bargate Centre in Southampton on behalf of Bargate Limited.

The site which remains in Receivership is in the heart of Southampton City Centre and currently comprises a vacant and closed shopping centre, with additional trading retail and office units fronting on to East Bargate and Hanover Buildings. For more detailed information please click here.
