Tellon Capital are delighted to announce that demolition has officially commenced at the Bargate Shopping Centre in Southampton to make way for the development of the Bargate Quarter scheme which will provide 21 retail and 5 pavilion units, 451 student beds and 152 one and two bedroom apartments.
